the location of Hostal El Cruce is excellent, close to an industrial area and the airport. the staff is very welcoming and friendly, always with a smiling face. 3. the rooms are spacious, spotless, and overlook a beautiful garden.

This place is in a great location, only 20 km from the airport, and it's within walking distance to the city center.

The setting of this place is fantastic, with a beautiful nearby garden and tables, and it's just a short distance from Mirador Picon Del Cura.

Spacious and clean rooms and helpful staff. Place was great but see what we didn't like and this negated are reasons for staying.

We arrived late at night but staff were there to welcome us and arrange a taxi for 05:45. The taxi cost however to the airport was 31 Euro really expensive. Forget the hotel being near to the airport (maybe 2km as the crow flies) . By the time you drive round the motorway complex it takes 15-20 min by taxi to airport. We stayed here so we'd be near to airport, but the excessive cost of the taxi negated the reason for staying near since the taxi fare to Hostal El Cruce from the centre of Madrid the night before had only been 27 Euro so we might as well have stayed in Madrid that night then gone to the airport.

Convenient location near Madrid Barajas airport which was perfect for our needs. Also, being close to an industrial park was a plus. Everything at this quiet hotel was just great, we really enjoyed our stay here! 🌟

The room we had included central heating, TV set, and a writing table. A bidet in the large bathroom was super awesome. The location was excellent and unbeatable, very close to the airport, in the industrial area.

This place is perfect for a one-night stay, it's reasonably clean with a nice restaurant offering simple cuisine and very friendly staff.

Convenient amenities in the double room like a nice view of the garden from the window added to the pleasant experience. The availability of a shower, hair dryers, and a bidet was a great perk. 🌿

It was quite close to the mad airport, the staff was excellent, breakfast next morning cost only 5 eur and was sufficient for 2 mujeres....

Its very close to the airport so great for early morning departures - taxi costs some 25 euros.This is a small motel, but rooms are clean and confortable. Be aware that there are no restaurants nearby - There is a bar for locals but the hotel does offer take away pizza service and vending machines for drinks.

The staff here are really friendly and the location is great, with a free shuttle to and from the airport that makes it easy to get around.

it was an ideal overnight stop as it is only 5 minutes from Madrid airport, and they provided a cheap shuttle transfer of only 10 euros for all 4 persons in our party. The rooms were big enough, and spotlessly clean, and i would have no hesitation on staying there on a future trip to Madrid.

The rooms were a good size and the bathrooms were spacious. The property was clean and nicely decorated.

The hotel is in a remote location, making it difficult to go to the center or find a place to eat. The staff were not very helpful and seemed disinterested in assisting guests.
